May 2nd Breakfast Menu

Doctor Joseph S. Romero,PhD, born in the outskirts of Barcelona, Spain, 1956, with a degree in International Trade and graduated in T.E.S.O.L, Master in Reiki and member of a family of international awarded Xefs. Now in Salento running with his son Mihail Romeo Baseyewski a family Hostel (posada) and an Art Gallery and with the strong aim to bring fresh winds to the Hostel World through the art of Gastronomy. Joseph is performing a 9 courses Breakfast, every morning, made of New Age traditional Colombian Cuisine, with all organic or wild products from his own brand new Eco-Organic Farm.

In fact Mihail is the inspiration, the muse of his Father, as they both share and create the New Age way of displaying the dishes, Joseph creates on daily basis.Mihail was born in Moscow and educated as a classical dancer at the Bolshoi Theater. In addition to his job at the Hostel, Misha teaches dancing to children at local Salento's public school.

On April 30th a great guest and a super person, Michael from Germany helped me doing the Breakfast Menu. He was an amazing pupil, and a great encouragement to me to really think seriously about starting my Cooking Workshop soon. Thanks Mike.

Life is so amazing to us, planning to start a Cooking Workshop, but still working on details and schedule, Ursula, a guest from Barcelona, today, and Michael from Germany yesterday, already volunteered to assist me in the set up and preparation of today and yesterday Breakfast-Brunch menu. A great experience, not only for them, but certainly for me as well. Thanks mates, you have made my day.
On May 1st Ursula helped me to prepare all the 9 dishes breakfast menu, she was incredible helpful and great fun. Robert her 8 years partner was taking the pictures while we cooked.
