ENDLESS GASTRONOMICAL REVOLUTION AT LA SERRANA: SEPTEMBER 10TH DINNER MENU

3.-  Two roasted tomatoes simphony, one stuffed with farm cheese and topped with tamarind vinagrette, the cherry one stuffed with cucumber and onnions and topped with onnions marmelade.

Papa Criolla with goat cottage cheese topped with the own cooking juices
Yuka sticks on a tomatoes sweet and sour and topped with warm cheese cream
At every plate Joseph explains to the guest about the recepe and components of it.
