The MENU

1.- The Cereals.
Organic oat whole meal on a thick chowder made of fresh squeezed raspberries juice, milk, agua panela and bananitos infused.

2.- The bio-actives.
Our daily home made yogurts cocktails with fruits bits, a real release to our colon and intestines flora.

3.- The fruits
Allready a Republika's classy, our daily local and seasonal esteamed fruit salad with cinamon and thyme.

4.-  The "Freshers of the day" My daily inspirational plate.

  • Today Sashimi of :   Trout, Mango, Papaya.
Served with a blend I have done with a concentrated extract of Lulo's skin reduction and light Earl's Grey Team from Sri Lanka.

5.- The eggs.
Farmer's omelette with my own toast on a cheese arepita baked on a wooden owen.

6.- "Main Course" Salento Most Tipical

Wild Cocora's Valley trout garlic flavoured in "papillotte" (My own creation)

7.- Rice/Pasta
Saute Rice with trout on a rye bundle.

8.- The Soup fo the Day.
Vegans soup with a Grand Masala touch and cilander.
9.- The sweet ending.

Today a new creation to celebrate Alison birthday that was on April 30th.
