AND TODAY MAY 21ST ALSO LUNCH BY REQUEST


Another new plate I came up with today. Tomatoes, cucumber, mango, cheese and a yogurt and passion fruit warm vinagrette.

The guests, lovely from UK, Swisszerland, Ireland and Belgium.


A new creation, based on the Tropical Colombian Creole cousine. Papas Criollas con pine aple and maduros. I love that recepee.





Authentic old style beans with it "refrito" garnish on top.


Very Colombian, TORTA DE PAPAS Y ARBEJAS, potatoes and green beans pie, but I topped with an onnion creamy sauce. They said they loved it, speciallymy Irish guest.






Spaguetti with corn fed chiken, not colombian but an italian classy recepee, ALFREDO, to make my guest homy.






Salento's veggies sautee rice with yuka and carrot soup.
