A new plate: Lentils pudding on a passion fruit...very appealing, trust me.


The creation with the freshers...tomato, beet, cucumber, mango, carrot and cheese with olive oil and xerry vinaigrette.



Nathan (IR) ready to "assault" his eggs dish, a traditional "huevos Perico" on a "catalan" bread.








Today's we made a new soup creation, Sweet carrot and rice soup. Guests said it was delicious.









Wild Trout with garlic and olive oil tagliatelle.


A new cake (Colombian traditional) Carrot cake with panela caramel
