MAY 21TH BREAKFAST MENU WITH A GREAT CREW

The daily yougurt cocktail




An oat and raspberries cake

A new dish, roasted and chilled potatoe stuck with garlic cream along with a friend maduro with fondant cottage goat cheese.




My Wild River Trout Sashimi with passion fruit vinagrette aside.













A new dish, panfried yuka chips with red peppers cream and ganavana vinagrette.




This has been really a hit today, instead of rice, we did garlic flavoured pasta with trout bits as a garnish for our Fantastic Wild River TROUT, today's main course.





They love that plate too, Traditional Huevos Perico, but i did "Migas de patacon (100% platano verde crispy craker, tiny choped and fried, with onnions, tomato, cilander and scrambled eggs, on top of a rye bread with catalan dressing.




Carrots and yuka chouder with their bits.
