My traditional and classy esteamed fruits salad
Erna's (Iceland) warm cheese and roasted papaya salad. A creation I have done today for one of the sweetest guest we have ever had, Mrs. Erna from Iceland. Cheers Erna, Mihail and I have been delighted hosting you.
A new way to present the Fried Maduro with Goat Cheese.
Based on traditional Pollo desmechado (deboned chicken), guest said it was "amazing".
A very digestive yuka and potatoes broth.
Todays dessert, aborrajado made with cheddar cheese, bananitos and mango.
