I have to admit I have never had a breakfast not even a brunch like the ones Joseph gave to me in my entire life. It was indeed amazing to have such a creative, nutricious, explendind, well presented meal of over 9 courses, cooked and served by Joseph and his son Mihail at the Republica de Artistas, in Salento, Colombia.
Joseph, Mihail, don't you ever change, you are doing great and make me feel much better than even in my own home, and all for 22.000 COP a night. Thanks mates I will spread the news all over I go.
